Why Microsoft?
You can tell their current products which interests you and how your past experience and projects can help them with their current development work.

What is Cloud Computing?
When computing requires huge number of machines which some one doesn't have then they can use services provided by cloud as in IAAS or PAAS to run their high computing applications. They pay as they use as per their standard charges.

Designing a Software Application:
1) Find the entities or objects of your application.
2) Find out how these will interact with each other.
3) Decide the data structure that best suits your application.
4) Generate Algorithms for the application flows.
5) Portray the communication of hardware with the software.

Increase in load:
1) By adding more machines.

Increase in load without hardware:
1) By installing virtual machines on the available hardware and distributing the processor power and available RAM.
