gcc test.c &; ls >txt &; uname -a;

This will compile test.c in background and ''ls" will run while with it's
output being redirected to txt so again everything in background on screen
you will get output of third command (program)

write 3 c programs ...now while your 1st program is compiling, 2nd program shud run on the terminal and output of the 3rd program must be displayed

no that won't require modifying the compiler ...think in terms of simple and basic commands of UNIX based platforms and writing a simple 3-4 line script for that..
