How about a spice rack with a robotic arm. The user only has to say the name of the spice and the arm will pick up the appropriate spice jar and place it on an easily accessible space like a plate. There doesn't even need to be an arm, the spice rack could just rotate the correct spice jar into an easily reachable location.
We need more parameters, but assuming unlimited cost and time, the rack should be completely automated and voice operated. It should be capable of grinding those spices that need grinding. It should be capable of measuring and dispensing the spices into a receptacle that is within the user's reach. An audio indicator should exist to let the user know that the requested spice is empty and requires refilling. A refill receptacle should also exist for this case.
