2. ISR will store the context and call a particular kernel function.
3. Upon completion; context is resrored

as said, by S3, INT 0x80 is generated after pushed parameters to be passed to some predefined specific GPRs.

for ARM process,
you will have the system call number in r6 (as per EABI)
then a software interrupt SWI will be raised
The context will stored.
Then the respective system call will be serviced.
Once it is serviced the context will be restored and returned to the application.
