How the interview procedure goes... if we go for game testing, do they ask to play games. What will be the possible questions... I have very few knowledge abt game testing, however, I would really love to make it as my profession.

If the defect is found by the customer, you can do as:
to customer:
1) try to tell him the available workaround.
2) if not, if impact on his job, suggest to be back to the previous version.
3) the fix plan.

internal:
1) record and report the issue;
2) making the fix plan or patch plan.
3) figure out the reason from process and management, and fix it as well

Firstly do the RCA at your end and categorise the defect as sometimes bugs are not reproducible in test environment due to less amount of data.

Once the RCA is done share the same with customer and share the steps taken to not to miss such defects in future if it was a simple and miss from test team side.

Since we accept customer appreciation so at times if some things are missed we should accept it in a positive way.
