Barclays Capital Interview Question
AnalystsA realistic answer that works for me: perfectionism. The good: can lead to a very good design. The bad: can stall in analysis paralysis. I deal with it by crosschecking my design with a colleague whenever possible.
If the interviewer asks me in a specific context then I'd be happy to answer some of the good answers above, if not then here's my reply:
"A few of them are:
1. I sometimes drink too much on weekends even though I know I'll have a hangover
2. I really can't take spicy food, I have irritable bowel syndrome.
3. I am really lazy to get up from bed in winters, especially when its snowing.
"
I really don't care cause how would you respond if someone asks you "Are you stupid?"
I would say that there is nothing specific. It depends on time to time: Sometimes everything goes very well as per what I have perceived and I feel very confident and there is no weakness. Also, There are times when everything goes totally opposite and every area starts showing signs of weakness. During these difficult times I apply myself more and try to feed my mind that these are the part and parcel of life and good time will come.
