Use the nine to invert to a six, and swap the cubes for any day above 29. (ie: only ever 30 or 31).

why many ppl focus on 0 in both cubes, is it necessary,? and 6 to treat as 9.

0 1 2 are numbers most used so they should be in both dice. and rest no u can distribute in dices and use only 6 (when needed 9 rotate it). 0 is in both dice becoz we need 01 02 03 ----- 09 date to be represented
