Table data is physically stored in order of keys.
There can be only one clustered index per table.
Clustered indexes are good for range searches.
Inserts and deletes can become an expensive affair in case of clustered index, as data needs to be shuffled to store and physically sorted.

"Table data is physically stored in order of keys." - wrong, this only happens if there is clustered key on the table.

Clustered index basically determines the physical order of data. It is analogous to the Telephone Directory, where data is indexed by last name.
