If we arrange our bookings in an array {b1, b2, b3, b4,...}, we can do interval scheduling multiple times for each cab. Arrange bookings by end time into an Array A. Perform interval scheduling on A, then assign these bookings to the first cab. remove these bookings from A, then perform interval scheduling again, assign bookings to the second cab...repeat this process until there are no more bookings left to process.

It can be developed with the help of Command Design Pattern and some scheduler algorithm. Please find the implementation:
