4. If the functionality can be achieved by in some way (may be different step than what user uses), educate him.
5. If required functionality is not available, tell the truth. If next version support the required functionality, inform him.
6. If the required functionality not avail be, check what made him to buy this product (Is there any marketing issue with product?)
7. Take all input and save for product improvement - functionality, easy to use, expected result \ result format.
