1) Authentication,Authorization, User Roles Management
2) Need to provide some space( in some file system or Database) to user so that he can
store documents
3) User Interaction( Asynchronous interaction will be required.Client side caching
will be required. )

1. Excel sheet Management (Record keeping for User )
2. Space requirement for Excel
3. Additional IP Bandwidth requirement along with Good QOS on IP provided Excel size becomes too bigh in case Excel needs to be shared between multiple users spread geographically
