1. Generate a random number, 
2. add with your salary, 
3. Pass to person 2 and 3 to add their salary,
4. When it return, simply remove your random number and divide by 3.

Only person 1 adding random number to his salary won't suffice. In the first round each one should add a random number of his choice to his salary. In the second round each one needs to subtract what he added. Finally divide by three to get the result.

1st person tell 2nd a random number x
2nd tell 3rd person y =(his salary + x)
3rd person tell 1st sum z =(y + his salary)
1st tell sum = z-x

Its good logic,
just A tell B that my salry is x, add some what's your that you are x+something or x-somthing then same to c, finally A will subtarct x and add exact salary.
A : my salary is 15000
B: will say 5000 more
C: will say 3000 less
then A have 20000 for B
12000 of C
A will add his own like 24000
and then average
