I had the same confusion "DoubleG" but i re-read the statement again.True, that it's written that an egg might break even from 1st floor or may not even break from 100th floor.. and + it's written that "EGGS ARE IDENTICAL" here's the catch.. now if two eggs are identical then it will both break at the same floor only.. In the worst case it will break at the 100th floor or might not even break :D and in the best it will break from the first floor itself.. So, these two cases are simple that's why eliminated.. hence what remains is the normal caseee.. which is wonderfully solved by user prateekjain12@gmail.com... check out!
