Career Summary
1) 8 yrs of total IT experience with roles spanning from Client Consultancy, Database Developer for SQL Server 2000-2005\Postgresql\MySQL databases and Production Support and Development of custom solutions for complex and specific client requirements using database, core-java and Perl languages.
2) 2.5 yrs of Application Developer and 5.5 yrs of experience in supporting and implementing electronic discovery workflows /litigation processes for solving client issues like
a) Merging or transferring datasets across diff ediscovery products of same or different versions
b) Index creation, merging indexes, reformatting the search queries to make them faster. Note: Search feature is most critical feature for any eDiscovery product.
c) Provide solutions for issues related to redactions, annotations, tagging and task assignments, custom and default filtering of documents, site latency or slowness, user profile issues, migrations, clustering, indexing, search catalogs and more…

3) Played a crucial role in hiring and training a now 14 member team that performs the above tasks. Managing the team, assigning tasks and at the same time handling a bunch of critical tasks myself.
4) Manage and maintain the coverage schedule taking into account the various skills sets needed to provide a solution and availability of the team members.
5) a) Technical services team has, in consultation with the engineering, designed migration tools and processes to allow consolidation of multiple client databases of varying versions into a new single repository of latest version. As a result of these special projects not only were we able to retain the customers but they also signed in contracts extending as far as 2017.
b) On another instance the team had logged over 500 billable hours in technical support for a client matter. This includes almost 300 billed hours and at least 50 hours of unbillable work associated with the case from me alone.

Team: - Technical Services – Responsible for L4\L5 support and building applications and solutions for features not available in the product.

Highlights:-
a. Resolution of 7000+ technical issues related to databases, applications, scripts and Stratify Legal Discovery System (SLDS) components such as DTFullText Search Services, Documents Processors etc, coordinating with different teams.
b. Design/Implementation/Testing and Maintenance of numerous scripts in Java and T-SQL (Stored Procedures and Functions) for report generation and custom client and in-house requirements.
c. Participated in business and technical design efforts on a regular basis.
d. Handled secondary level DBA group issues.
e. Travelled to the US Mountain View office to establish co-ordination between cross border teams and understand client requirements better.
f. Involved in face to face and telephonic discussions with US\UK based clients regarding complex issues/requirements and their possible technical solutions cost and the estimate for it.

Role 3: Billing Applications (May 2012- till date)
Enhancing and Supporting the Application named CPRT which is used by the entire company to get details of client matters and to get data used to generate bills to the clients. The reports generated by this application play a crucial role in calculating the billing numbers and giving various metrics and estimates.
