Here's a priority queue n-way merge based code where I'm indeed pulling at most one row at a time into memory. The total space complexity is O(m) + O(3*n) though. Time complexity is: O(n*m*log(n)) + O(n*m^2*log(n)) so O(n*m^2*log(n)). I'm assuming pulling the row I need into memory is O(m).
