Use Ternary Search Trie Data structure to hold the words from the directory.
Each word will end with the number , that number will be used to specify the frequency of the word.
From prefix "dra" once we get the result of auto complete from trie structure, we need to sort the response based on the frequency for each number descending so that max frequency number will be at the top.

We can keep a system of credit cards in Ternary Search Trie like structure.

To get the changes new changes , we need a trigger from the system when a card is marked as fraud, so that we will add/update the credit card in Trie system.
