Hi all,

I had a onsite interview with bloomberg yesterday. It was pretty long, around 3.5 hours. I had three rounds. First, 2:1 with some technical questions. Second, another 2:1 with technical questions. The third round is with a senior manager I think. He asked some questions about my resume and some behavior questions.

My biggest concern is that I didn't have a meetting with the HR. Does that mean I failed in the manager interview? I am very worried now and so anxious to know. Thank you very much!

Interview circuits at tech companies frequently don't include HR. I don't know about Bloomberg specifically, though.

You met with a senior manager, which I would interpret either as a neutral or good sign. At some companies, these people will always be part of the interview loop; at others, only if you did well.

Absent any Bloomberg-specific additional information, I would continue to be hopeful, though by no means assume there will be an offer.

Hi, guy,

Did you get offer finally? I came across same issues like you, three technical interviews went very well, I know they have a kick-off policy, the third one manager who talked to me really like me, I can feel that, I gave additional answer for his questions , he was so surprised and said i did a perfect job.
I really worried about results, cause I arrive later for 15 mins, due to traffic problems.afraid it become only reason hr reject to talk to me.
