Question on 2 page resume
Here are a few tips I read that were thoughtful. Some may apply, some may not. I have 15+ yrs of experience and my resume fits in 2 pages, 12-pt.
1) Summarize what's older than 10 yrs in 2-3 lines. Tech was different then and not relevant to them when it comes to coding.
2) Find the 1 or 2 things you're really good at, and show accomplishments to support that in your recent jobs.
3) They are more concerned about what you can now do than what you did. So they may just focus on problems about current problems / technologies. So make sure to know what the state-of-the-art is in your specialty.
4) Get Gayle's book and dig into it. Coding/algo questions is what the interviews are mostly about, and what's in your resume doesn't matter for that.
Good luck!

It is worth redoing your resume, whether it is your local sweat shop or a global sweat shop (Amazon).
