If I interview for an SDE role with a team(say AWS) and fail. Can I apply for same(SDE) role at Lab126(part of Amazon) in next few weeks and still get a interview call if they think I am a good fit ? Or does the failing in previous interview means no interview calls for next 6 months ?

Similarly what if I fail interviewing for SDE and apply for TPM role in next few weeks may be with same or different division .

Unlikely. If the level they are considering is different, then maybe. Otherwise most likely no.

No. Once you are disqualified for any position, your resume will be blocked at Amazon Recruitment for at-least of 6 months.

Although, I doubt this restriction remains across various countries but it is said as the candidate profile is reflected thought out Amazon offices, you are no longer a valid candidate to re-apply even at other countries during this 6 month.
