call this method in a method - inside of a try catch finally block and in the catch section you can see if there is any exception of that type caught.

use of any test framework was not allowed.. Write it in java...

I dont think this above exception is can be thrown by compiled code, because this is a compile time error so u cant run the program itself. But it will show the Error.
