Hitesh,

you are assuming that numbers are successive.. so you can calculate sum by n(n+1)/2 but what if numbers are,
1,2,4,6,6,8
so this wont work..
easier solution is to create a hash table for all entries O(n) and then calculate the has to n+1 number.. and lookup with O(1)....

Think it is safe to assume there is only one duplicate. That would mean Hitesh's method should work.
