*Check fro time response,Server loading Capacity,

1. Check for other site to rule out network device or computer or internet issue
2. Check for all Data base server instances are up and running.
3. Check for all web server instances are up and running.
4. Check for web server and data base server whether it is having enough queuing space to handle multiple requests.

In addition to the above points,
1. Check with load balancing when huge load comes
2. may be prblem with application
3. run antivirus scan and check

1) Close the site and try to open it again.
2)Restart the system once.
3) Check for compatiblity testing of the sites,by opening in different browsers,OS,devices and check the response time.
4)Check for the webservers log .
5)Check for the Database server log.
6)Check if there is any recent deployment,if yes restore the previous and condition and then check the response.
7)Check for Network in local.
