Do as many Mock interviews with friends as possible. Treat these interviews as if they were the real thing code on whiteboard etc.

I gave a mock interview at crackinterview.org. It was 3 back to back personalized technical interview. I got very helpful feedback on my strengths and areas needing work. Highly recommended.
