AnswersGiven the X Y coordinates, width and length of 2 rectangles. Implement a function which returns "True" if the 2 rectangles intersect otherwise returns "False". The first 2 values represent the X Y coordinates, the following 2 represent the width and length.The last 4 values represent the second rectangle.
